I was so honored to be interviewed by Investors Beat for their series, TGIFlipping (Thank God I’m Flipping).
It was a fun walk down memory lane as I recalled our first flip and looked through old photos. Sometimes you forget all that you’ve learned throughout the years. With each new project a part of me still feels like a doe-eyed beginner, that may partly be because each project is so unique and comes with it’s own lessons to be learned. But, in looking back at all the triumphs and pitfalls we’ve gone through, I can see that I’m, at least, a few steps from doe-eyed.
