We recently closed on a new property in Bergen County and are now in the rehab phase. The house needed a complete cleanout before any work could commence. Our plans involve updating kitchens & baths, painting, flooring, moving some walls, fixing the garage wall, replacing windows, etc. Luckily for us, this property is in decent condition – much easier than past projects we’ve handled.
