We focus on small to mid-size multi-family buildings in Jersey City, anything from a single-family to a 50 unit building.
Maintenance and handyman services are also available for these buildings as well as owner occupied properties.
Managements is billed on a monthly basis as either a flat fee or as a percentage of rent. Each property is
treated individually.
