Jerome Fazzari – Principal and Founder
Jerome Fazzari is the President and co-founder of GreenPen Investments, Inc. Mr. Fazzari is responsible for the day-to-day management of the company. He also handles acquisitions, analyses and management of ongoing and future projects.
Mr. Fazzari began his career as a brakeman for Conrail freight railroad. He then transitioned into aeronautics, becoming a technician specializing in sheet metal for several high-profile airlines. His dream was to someday acquire multi-family properties, in order to receive passive income. As he embarked on this dream he encountered several people with the same ambitions. This led him to the founding of GreenPen Investments, Inc. Mr. Fazzari’s new dream is to provide everyone with the ability to invest in real estate.
Mr. Fazzari is an active volunteer at Liberty Humane Society; a Jersey City based animal shelter. He is the Vice President and a member of the River Edge based business organization, BNI Sunrise Chapter. He resides in Jersey City, New Jersey with his wife.
Lorna McManus – Principal and Founder
Lorna McManus is the Vice President and co-founder of GreenPen Investments, Inc. Mrs. McManus is responsible for developing and maintaining investor relationships. She also assists in the day-to-day management of the company.
Mrs. McManus began her career in direct marketing selling mailing lists. She quickly realized that she enjoyed building relationships with people. When Mr. Fazzari informed her of his idea for GreenPen Investments, Inc. she enthusiastically jumped on board. She grew up in a two-family house and, early on, understood the importance and power of real estate.
Mrs. McManus is on the executive board of two Manhattan based business organizations, PRG (Professional Referral Group) and MNG (My Networking Group). She received her BA from Fairleigh Dickinson University (Magna Cum Laude). While attending FDU she received several honors, among which were, induction into Lambda Pi Eta (Omicron Lambda chapter; the National Communication Association Honors Society), Sigma Tau Delta (International English Honor Society) & the Academic Honors Society, she also received the Alison Storipan Award for Outstanding Achievement in Communication Studies. She resides in Jersey City, New Jersey with her husband.
