GreenPen Investments is a full service investment firm. We started in October 2008 offering investments secured by real estate. Soon after that we expanded into paper assets.
GreenPen Investments started with the goal to help private investors increase their wealth and monthly cash flow while incurring limited and calculated risk. After arduous research on New Jersey and it’s many communities we chose to focus our real estate portfolio and business in Jersey City, NJ. Locating our business in the same location we invest has allowed us to immerse ourselves in the neighborhoods, cultures and ongoings of the area. We have become a part of Jersey City and its community and are able to provide a level of knowledge about the city that other companies outside the area cannot.
After moving the company to Jersey City we became deeply concerned with the city and its future. Greenpen Investments has now added another goal into our company mission, dedicating ourselves to the improvement of Jersey City. This addition gives our actions a new breadth of meaning. We are now not only helping our clients, but have a larger purpose within Jersey City.
