Who We Are

GreenPen Investments started with the goal to help private investors increase their wealth and monthly cash flow while incurring limited and calculated risk. After arduous research on New Jersey and its many communities, we chose to focus our real estate portfolio and business in Jersey City, NJ. Locating our business in the same location we invest has allowed us to immerse ourselves in the neighborhoods, cultures and ongoings of the area. We have become a part of Jersey City and its community. We are able to provide a level of knowledge about the city that other companies outside the area cannot.
